Wesley Harvey – Ceramics Monthly Spotlight Artist in March

Wesley Harvey (2007 MFA in Ceramics) is in the Spotlight this month – the Ceramics Monthly Spotlight, that is.  An interview with Wesley called “Queer Theory in Clay” can be found [HERE].

Wesley is currently a visiting assistant professor in ceramics at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.  A solo exhibition of new work entitled “Pretty Hurts” opens at the Hello Studio in San Antonio on Thursday, March 2nd and continues through March 18th. Read about the exhibition [HERE].

Graphic Design Student & Professor Travel to China to Receive Awards

Senior  Graphic Design student Collin Perrier and Dennis Schmickle, an assistant professor of Graphic Design in the School of Art,  represented Texas Tech and accepted awards for posters designed and presented at an annual creative design competition in China.
